Orders are generally processed after confirming receipt of full payment.

International credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard are accepted; the transaction currency is GBP (£).

VII. Shipping and Delivery

After payment confirmation, the order is typically processed within 1–3 working days and then shipped.

Estimated delivery times are 7–15 working days from shipment, depending on logistical conditions.

For orders of £144.31 or more, no additional shipping costs apply; for amounts below this, a fixed shipping fee of £8.28 is applied.

Delivery can be made by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with tracking availability.

VIII. Order Cancellation, Returns, and Replacements

Order cancellation can be requested before shipment (typically within 72 hours of the order); after shipment, cancellation is no longer applicable.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Protection Laws, you can exercise the right to return or replacement within 14 working days of receiving the product.

Returns or replacements should be requested via customer support, providing the order number, proof of payment, and information about the product's condition.
