Shipping costs vary based on the order value according to the following conditions:

For orders under this amount, a fixed shipping fee of £8.28 applies.

All prices displayed include UK VAT (20%).

Shipping follows the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, with taxes and customs duties already included in the final price.
III. Order Processing and Shipping Times
Order processing times refer to the payment confirmation time:

Payments completed before 6:00 PM are generally processed on the same day.

Payments made after 6:00 PM are normally processed the next business day.

After payment confirmation, orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days and then handed over to the carrier.

Under normal conditions, the estimated delivery time is around 7–15 working days from shipment.

If the package is received by a third party, we recommend confirming the external condition before accepting the delivery.In the following cases, it is recommended to contact customer support within 48 hours, providing photographic or video evidence:
