Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

I. Right to Return and Replacement

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Protection Laws, users are entitled to request a return or replacement within 14 working days of receiving the product, under applicable conditions.

Please note:

  • Requests made after the specified period will not be processed.

  • Every return or replacement must be requested through the customer support channel.

  • Shipments made without prior authorization may delay processing times.

  • Returned products must meet the minimum requirements regarding condition and packaging as specified in this policy.

II. Request and Return Procedure

Submitting a Request

When submitting a request through the customer support channel, the following information is required for order verification:

  • Corresponding order number

  • Proof of payment (e.g., receipt or screenshot)

  • At least one clear photo showing the condition of the product; if necessary, a video can also be provided.

Verification and Return Instructions

Once the request is approved, a prepaid return label (PDF) and the corresponding return instructions will be provided.

After receiving the instructions, the product should be properly packed, and the return label should be printed and placed visibly on the external packaging.

Please note:

  • The prepaid return label is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue.

  • In cases of returns that comply with legal terms, shipping and handling costs will be covered by the platform.

  • It is recommended to use the original packaging and drop off the package at the designated collection point.

III. Refunds and Replacements Processing

After receiving the returned product and completing the verification, the request will be processed according to the selected option:

  • Replacement: Once conformity is confirmed, the replacement product will typically be shipped within 1–3 working days, and tracking information will be provided.

  • Refund: After completing the return verification, the refund will be processed and sent to the original payment method, typically within 1–3 working days.

Credit Processing Times:

  • Credit times may vary, usually between 10 and 15 working days, depending on the payment institution or the card issuer’s processing times.

  • If the credit is not visible after 15 calendar days, please contact customer support for further verification.
